When I tried to withdraw, they kept rejecting it with excuses like ‘crypto documents needed.’ I provided everything repeatedly, but they kept coming up with new reasons. My withdrawal was supposedly executed, yet no funds hit my wallet. Their support went silent when I asked for proof. Avoid this broker at all costs.
