I requested a withdrawal of $100, but they wouldn’t allow me to withdraw more than that. Now the system shows a message saying ‘Cash withdrawal not allowed more than 10,000 yuan at a time’. I asked them to release my remaining balance, and they told me that only $100 was released due to an error from the bank. This is the third day that I reported a loss of $9,500 and a bonus of $5,000 for the withdrawal. They haven’t called today, neither in the morning nor in the afternoon.
