I requested a withdrawal from my account on March 28, 2025, when my balance was close to $300 USD. Since then, I have sent more than three emails to their support team and received no reply. They have delayed my withdrawal with excuses about ‘open trades,’ and now my balance is negative. It’s clear this is a tactic to keep my funds trapped. I will be submitting formal complaints to the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles and consumer protection platforms. Stay away from Axia Investments!
